The Child Advocate Law Group, NFP
(CALG) was founded on the premise that the most important participants in any Domestic Relations, Guardianship, Probate or Juvenile Protection matter is the Child, disabled and/or elderly litigant.
Extensive & Diverse Experience
Our “in-house” attorney as well as our diverse array “of counsel” attorneys have decades of experience representing litigants these types of matters and have collectively handled hundreds of court matters throughout Cook County.
Collaborative/Team Approach
Each matter will be assigned both a primary attorney AND a secondary attorney, as well as have access to the entire CALG “team”. This collaborative/team approach allows CALG to consider the various perspectives of each individual matter, as well as to manage the court logistics (court dates, filings, etc.) of the matter in an efficient and effective manner.

Notwithstanding the fact that each matter is assigned TWO attorneys plus have access to the “team” collaboration, you will only be billed for a single attorney for any given line item! Also, our attorneys are focused on RESOLUTION…not litigation! Accordingly, they will be mindful of the expense associated with our representation and make a diligent and concerted effort to efficiently manage the case in order to minimize the expense & stress to the parties. Further, our fees are thoughtfully based on the income of the parties.
